Meet The Team

John Shannon is a highly experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across the commercial property sector. He holds a degree in Property Economics and is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

A recognised voice within the Irish real estate industry, John has had opinion pieces published in the Irish Times, Sunday Business Post, and Irish Examiner. His career is defined by exceptional leadership, transaction management expertise, and an ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.

As a Registered Valuer, John provides Red Book valuations for a wide range of purposes, known for working closely with clients, maintaining the highest regulatory standards, and delivering clear, high-quality valuation reports. He has also acted as tenant representative office agent for some of the world’s largest organisations, where his analytical skills, commercial insight, and ability to manage large stakeholder groups have established him as a trusted advisor within Dublin’s business community.
